Rajeev Batra has resigned as chief information officer (CIO) of Sistema Shyam TeleServices Limited (SSTL) and joined media organisation Bennett, Coleman and Company Limited (BCCL). At SSTL, Batra was responsible for driving the strategic adoption of IT solutions. He spearheaded the deployment of the social, mobile, analytics and cloud technologies, social customer relationship management as well as various analytics-based marketing campaigns.
In the past, Batra has worked as president, group IT, Reliance ADA Group, and as chief architect, IT, Bharti Airtel for three years each.
