Sri Lankan service provider Dialog Telekom will invest $300-$400 million largely in its mobile division over 2007 and 2008. To be partially funded by a $140 million rights issue, the company will also utilise its internal capital resources as well as borrow from financial institutions. Meanwhile, Telekom Malaysia, which currently holds 80 per cent stake in the company, has stated that it has no intention to reduce this stake.
