Sony India has introduced Xperi tipo, an Android-based smartphone. It runs on the Ice Cream Sandwich 4.0 operating system. It is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon processor. It has 3.2 inch screen and sports 3.2 megapixel camera.
The smartphone offers expandable memory storage of up to 32 GB and a free 50 GB cloud offer from Box.
Its other features include bluetooth and Wi-Fi. It comes pre-loaded with applications like Bollywood Hungama, Dainik Jagran and Cricbuzz.
Vodafone subscribers buying Xperi tipo will get free monthly data usage upto 500 MB, for three months. The offer is valid till December 31, 2012.
The smartphone comes in two versions ? single SIM and dual SIM. The single-SIM based Xperi tipo is priced at Rs 9,999 and the dual-SIM based Xperi tipo is priced at Rs 10,449.
