Skype plans to offer a mobile Skype service on customised hand sets in the Taiwanese market and is learnt to be negotiating with two local 3G operators, Asia Pacific Telecom and Vibo Telecom.

Skype plans to offer a mobile Skype service on customised handsets in the Taiwanese market and is learnt to be negotiating with two local 3G operators, Asia Pacific Telecom and Vibo Telecom. The mobile Skype service will allow voice calls from a Skype handset to another Skype handset or a PC-based Skype phone.
