Singapore Telecommunications (SingTel) has acquired a 45 per cent stake in Pacific Bangladesh Telecom for $118 million.
According to the agreement, SingTel has an option to increase its equity stake in Pacific Bangladesh to 60 per cent for $65 million by June 2007.
