Sandip Das steps down from role of MD, RJIL to join Reliance Retail

Sandip Das has stepped down from the role of managing director (MD) of Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited (RJIL). He will now mentor the sales development for RJIL?s telecom devices at Reliance Retail. The RJIL division at Reliance Retail will develop the long-term evolution ecosystem for RJIL’s growth in the telecom space. Prior to joining RJIL, Das was chief executive officer of Aircel-Maxis’ India operations. He worked for six years with the Maxis Group. Before that, he had worked with Hutchison Essar for about 13 years.
