Samsung has partnered with the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) Startup Hub and Foundation for Innovation & Technology Transfer (FITT), IIT Delhi, in order to launch the second season of its ‘Solve for Tomorrow’ program.
The season was inaugurated by Alkesh Kumar Sharma, secretary, MeitY with JongBum Park, president and CEO, Samsung Southwest Asia. The program invites the youth of the age group 16-22 to apply their ideas in themes like education and learning, environment and sustainability, health and wellness, and diversity and inclusion.
The company will accept applications from April 4 to May 31, 5pm. The top three contenders are set to win Rs 15 million, to go ahead with their ideas, with rewards set for top 30 and top 10 as well. The participants are set to receive monitoring and training from Samsung, IIT Delhi and MeitY Startup Hub.
