As per industry sources, Samsung has onboarded over 20,000 offline retailers to enable consumers to buy Galaxy smartphones online from their neighbouring stores.

To this end, Samsung is using Benow’s digital platform that will help these offline retailers become part of the online ecosystem and reach out to a larger base of consumers.

With this new platform, consumers will be able to browse, select, order, pay and receive their Samsung Galaxy smartphone at their homes.

Meanwhile, Xiaomi and Vivo have already announced similar initiatives to enable their respective offline partners to start sales using digital tools.
