Route Mobile has appointed Sharad Kumar Thukral as CEO for the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. He will be based at the company’s Dubai office and will be responsible for building the sales and operations team in the Middle East, and expanding the company’s operations in Africa. Prior to Route Mobile, Thukral worked with Bharti Airtel as vertical head of the company’s global mobile solutions (messaging) segment. He also worked with Sify Technologies and RCOM.
