Research In Motion (RIM) has introduced the BlackBerry Curve 9220 smartphone in India.
The device packs in a dedicated BBM key and various applications, such as the Facebook for BlackBerry and Twitter for BlackBerry. Other features include the BlackBerry 7.1 operating system, built in Wi-Fi connectivity and an FM radio.
Commenting on the launch, Sunil Dutt, managing director, India, RIM says, ?The new BlackBerry Curve 9220 offers a unique mobile experience that young Indians will love thanks to its affordable pricing and unmatched messaging and social connectivity features?.
The device is priced at Rs 10,990.
