In order to become an integrated communications service provider, Reliance Communications Ventures Limited (RCoVL) plans to consolidate its nine subsidiaries with itself. The company will be renamed Reliance Communications Limited, though the board ofdirectors will remain the same. The move was approved at an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders, who also accepted a $1 billion global depository receipt/American depository receiptsponsored programme of the company.
