Reliance Communications (RCOM) has launched post-paid GSM services in the Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand circles. The company is offering various plans. Under one plan, subscribers can make local and national long distance (NLD) calls at Re 1 per minute on paying a monthly rental of Rs 129. For heavy users, RCOM has introduced a plan under which the subscriber gets a usage discount of Rs 375 while being able to make local calls at Re 0.50 per minute and NLD calls at Re 1 per minute. The monthly rental for the plan is Rs 375.
