Reliance Communications is planning to enter the high-end wireless data services market to increase its ARPU levels. The company will launch a slew of hand-held mobile computing devices shortly. It is at various stages of negotiations with personal handheld device and personal digital assistant manufacturers including Motorola, Nokia, LG and Samsung.
