Reliance has appealed to the Telecom Disputes Settlement R Appellate Tribunal against BSNL to recover Rs 850 million as IUCfrom the latter. The dispute pertains to payment of IUC under an agreement between the PSU and Reliance on January 23, 2003 regarding interconnectivity in different circles.
