Redknee is acquiring Nokia Siemens Networks (NSN)’ business support systems (BSS) business unit for $52.2 million, as per news reports.

The acquisition is expected to help Redknee’s to expand its reach to more than 200 customers across 90 countries. Following the deal, Redknee has also extended its credit agreement with Wells Fargo Capital Finance from $20 million to $50 million. The company plans to use its expanded credit for potential acquisitions among other things.
