Realme has partnered with Bharti Airtel, Reliance Jio and Vodafone Idea Limited (Vi) to offer bundled 5G smartphones. Realme launched the first 5G smartphone in India in 2020 and has added 23 5G smartphones to its portfolio since then.
According to Realme, it believes that 5G has the potential to bring together the entire ecosystem, which is why the company has dedicated 90 per cent of its research and development efforts to 5G technologies and devices.
Additionally, 85 per cent of Realme devices already support 5G standalone (SA) and 100 per cent of its devices will have full SA support by October 2022. The company is also rolling out over-the-air (OTA) updates for its devices to ensure that all users can make the most of 5G.
