RCOM subsidiary Flag Telecom has tied up with the UK-based virR tual network operator Vanco to expand its network to South America and Australia. The five-year alliance will enable Flag and its customers to access over 200,000 km of optic fibre cable across 81 countries and two continents. Meanwhile, Flag Telecom, which will soon be listed in London, is in the process of launching a global NGN.
