AAA Communications, one of the promoters of RCOM, has pledged one-fifth or 272.3 million shares of its equity in the firm. The shares amount to 13.19 per cent of RCOM’s total equity capital. AAA Communications holds 63.38 per cent stake in RCOM. Market estimates put the value of the shares at Rs 46.84 billion.
