Reliance Communications (RCOM) has announced its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2011.

The operator?s total revenues stood at Rs 50.40 billion, a 2 per cent increase over Rs 49.40 billion in the previous quarter. EBITDA for the quarter under consideration stood at Rs 16.05 billion, with an EBITDA margin of 31.8 per cent.

PAT stood at Rs 2.52 billion, a 60.5 per cent increase, against Rs 1.57 billion in the previous quarter.

Revenue from its wireless business was Rs 44.17 billion, a 2.1 per cent increase from Rs 43.27 billion in the previous quarter.

The company?s wireless revenue was driven by growth in the number of paid minutes.

For its non-voice or data business, EBITDA stood at Rs 11.76 billion, a 0.2 per cent increase over RS 11.73 billion in the previous quarter.
