RCOM is planning to rebrand its recently acquired US-based Yipes Holdings as Reliance Global Services.

RCOM is planning to rebrand its recently acquired US-based Yipes Holdings as Reliance Global Services. Yipes, which provides managed Ethernet services in the US, will also provide services in India. RCOM intends to develop channel partners to sell Yipes’ services in the Middle East, Europe and Asia. The company will also integrate the management of Yipes with that of its undersea cable arm, Flag Telecom.
