
RCL has appointed JP Morgan to manage the former’s upto 26 per cent stake sale in its wholly owned tower subsidiary, Reliance Telecom Infrastructure Limited (RTIL). JP Morgan will shortlist the most suitable candidate out of the nine strategic and financial investors currently interested in RTIL’s stake. These are Tower Vision, American Towers, Apax Partners, Carlyle, Temasek, the private equity arms of HSBC and Deutsche Bank, George Soros, Blueridge and Tiger.
