V.Raju has replaced R. Marshall Antony Leo as chief general manger of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited’s (BSNL) Tamil Nadu circle (excluding Chennai, Kancheepuram and Tiru­va­llur districts). Earlier, he has served as principal general manager in Trichy and Guwahati; chief general manager in the Andaman & Nicobar Islands; general manager in Tirunelveli, and joint de­puty director general at BSNL’s corporate office in New Delhi. Raju is an Indian Telecom Service officer of the 1983 batch.
