Rajeev Agrawal, chief general manager, Andhra Pradesh circle, Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited is reportedly likely to take up the post of secretary, Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI).
It is believed that he will be replacing R.K. Arnold, who will become a permanent member of TRAI.
