Raja Ukil, senior vice president (SVP) and global head of cyber security and risk services (CRS) at Wipro, has resigned from his post.
Ukil had being associated with the company for 18 years and served in various capacities such as chief information officer. As per industry sources, his exit has come barely a year after he took charge as the head of CRS.
Ukil is being succeeded by Sheetal Mehta, who will now take charge of the new position, effective April 1,2020. This is in addition to his current role as the chief information security officer (CISO) at Wipro.
Prior to his role as the CISO, Mehta led Wipro’s CRS unit for over a decade. He will continue to report to Wipro president and COO Bhanumurthy BM.
