RailTel secures work order worth Rs 709.3 million from Eastern Railway

RailTel Corporation of India (RailTel) has secured a work order valued at Rs 709.3 million from Eastern Railway.

The project, which involves the implementation of a unified communication infrastructure across Eastern Railway, is expected to be completed by November 25, 2024. This includes the development of LAN infrastructure, an IP exchange, VoIP-based control communication, and an IP-MPLS-based network.
