Qualcomm Incorporated has appointed Harish Manwani as independent director on the company?s Board of Directors. He has over 35 years industry experience and is currently serving as chief operating officer at Unilever Plc and chairman of Hindustan Unilever Limited.
At present, Manwani is also serving on the company board of Whirlpool Corporation and Pearson Plc. He also serves as director of the Economic Development Board, Singapore and is a member of the executive board of the Indian School of Business.
