Qualcomm has reportedly rejected Broadcom’s offer to settle their wireless chip technology patent dispute. Broadcom had offered a $6 royalty fee for each mobile phone affected. Qualcomm is seeking a Presidential veto on the US government agency’s ban on the import of high speed wireless phones that use Qualcomm chips, due to their infringement of Broadcom patents.
