Global Holding Corporation (GHC), the promoter of GTL Limited, has increased its stake in the latter from 29.66 per cent to 32.35 per cent at a cost of Rs 601.5 million. GHC acquired 2.55 million shares of GTL, amounting to 2.69 per cent stake, through open market transactions.
