Princeton Digital Group has entered into a strategic partnership with Mindspace Business Parks REIT to develop the former’s largest data centre campus in India at Mindspace Airoli West.
Under this new agreement, Mindspace REIT will add three more built-to-suit data centres, expanding Princeton Digital Group’s portfolio by an additional one million square feet. The REIT has already developed two data centres for Princeton Digital Group, measuring approximately 0.63 million square feet.
Upon completion of the new facilities, the business park will feature a total of five data centre buildings. The Mindspace REIT portfolio will have a combined data centre footprint of around 1.65 million square feet. This development, spanning over 15 acres, will be part of the larger 50-acre campus ecosystem of Mindspace Airoli West.
