Princeton Digital Group (PDG), headquartered in Singapore, has acquired multiple sites in India, adding 210 megawatts (MW) of capacity to its existing platform and bringing its total operating and planned capacity in the country to 1 gigawatt (GW).

The acquisition secures large-scale capacity across two of India’s most strategic data centre markets, Mumbai and Hyderabad, with power secured and key land approvals in place.

Further, the expansion nearly doubles the company’s planned capacity in India, significantly strengthening its position in the country. PDG has committed around $2.5 billion to India to date.
