Pine Labs has appointed Navnit Nakra as its chief revenue officer. In his new role, Nakra will handle the development and execution of growth strategies, generating new business leads, streamlining the process to attain efficiencies and maximising revenue streams for Pine Lab’s Payment Business in India.
Prior to the appointment, Nakra served as the chief executive officer at OnePlus India. Under his leadership, the company established its presence in the mid-premium segment of the smartphone market with the launch of its Nord phone.
Additionally, Nakra also headed the affordability business for India at Apple. His professional journey started with Citibank where he spent over 14 years across consumer and institutional banking. He also led the commercial solutions group for India at Citibank and was the regional lead for the e-commerce segment across India, Greater China and Korea.
Nakra holds an MBA from Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), University of Delhi. He is also an alumnus of Harvard Business School. He has been a diversity and inclusion champion and is passionate about mentoring and advising young professionals and startups.
