Apublic interest litigation (PIL) has been filed in the Nepalese Supreme Court against the Ministry of Information and Communications, Nepal Telecom and the Nepal Telecom Authority.
The PIL seeks compensation for all customers for losses due to bad service. It claims that there are problems in the use of the phones distributed by Nepal Telecom to people.
