Online payment solution developer PayU India has acquired Eashmart, a mobile-based payment application. As per the acquisition, the five member team of Eashmart will join development unit of PayU?s application PayUMoney. The acquisition is another step in the company?s approach to popularise online payment mechanism against the cash transactions.
The PayUMoney mobile application allows the users to make payments without swiping the cards in a swipe machine. The company is currently focusing on small and medium businesses to provide them cashless transactions. It also quickens the payment process by sensing the one-time password from user’s mobile phone without having the user to type password.
PayU India is currently focusing on the small and medium businesses to allow them to conduct business cashless.
