
Panasonic has launched the Panasonic P55 Novo smartphone at Rs 9,290 in India. The dual-SIM smartphone comes with a 5.3 inch HD IPS display. It runs on Android 4.4.2 KitKat operating system and is powered by a 1.4GHz octa-core processor, 1GB RAM, and 2500 mAh battery.
The smartphone features a 13 megapixel autofocus rear camera with triple-LED flash, and a 5 megapixel front camera with LED flash. The device comes with inbuilt storage of 8 GB, which is expandable upto 32 GB via a microSD card.
The P55 Novo features Tap Play, which allows users to wake up the smartphone without pressing the physical power button, and Gesture Play, which allows launching of apps through gestures. For connectivity, the smartphone has 3G, Wi-Fi, FM radio, Micro-USB, GPRS/ EDGE, GPS/ A-GPS, and Bluetooth 4.0.
