Pacnet has appointed Paul Cooney as vice-president, customer operations to manage the company?s global customer support team.
Prior to joining Pacnet, Cooney was associated with Nokia Siemens Networks (Australia) and was responsible for the company?s customer operations business. He has 28 years of industry experience and has worked with organisations such as Ericsson Global Services and Asia Netcom.
