Oracle has won a software services contract from BNSL. The contract requires Oracle to provide its applications, database and fusion middleware to support BSNL in its aggressive growth plans and enhance the incumbent’s customer service delivery platform. Oracle will be implementing a next-generation call detail records-based customer care service and a convergent billing system that will provide effective billing and customer care solutions to BSNL. L
