Optical storage media manufacturer Moser Baer is close to forming a JV with France Telecom for NLD and ILD operations. According to sources, Moser Baer, which recently applied for telecom licences in 22 circles, is likely to hold 26 per cent stake in the JV with France Telecom holding the rest. The latter, through its wholly owned subsidiary Orange Business Services, has applied for licence clearances from FIPB.
