Oppo has launched ‘developer support programme Gravity Plan 2.0’ in an effort to boost its operating ecosystem. The programme is majorly focused on Asian markets including India.

As part of this initiative, Oppo will allocate $143 million in 2020 to support the developers across the globe.

Additionally, Oppo will be investing $7 billion in research and development over the next three years for developing core technologies in hardware, software and system in addition to 5G, artificial intelligence, augmented reality.

According to Oppo, its ColorOS operating system has over 320 million monthly active users globally. Moreover, it has accumulated a massive number of users across its applications, services, and content ecosystem.

Further, as per the company, over 120,000 developers have already joined Oppo’s platform till date.
