Global value added service provider, OnMobile Global Limited has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the business assets and liabilities of Livewire Mobile.
US-based Livewire Mobile offers end-to-end managed mobile entertainment solutions to network operators and device manufacturers. The deal is worth $17.8 million.
The new entity will be called OnMobile Live Inc. It will be a 100 per cent subsidiary of OnMobile LLC, US. OnMobile LLC, US will pay $17.8 million as the consideration fee for buying LiveWire?s business assets and certain liabilities. The purchase will also include purchase of stock of Fonestarz Media Limited, United Kingdom (UK) ? the managed services arm of Livewire based in UK.
