OnMobile Global has sold 8 per cent of its 35 per cent stake in VerSe Innovation for about Rs 100 million.
Verse Innovation is a mobile classifieds service firm, incubated by OnmObile in 2007, with a total investment of Rs 55 million for 51 per cent stake. In 2009, venture capital fund, Matrix Partners had invested Rs 200 million in VerSe.
