Valued added service provider, OnMobile Global Limited has appointed Fran?ois-Charles Sirois as the non-executive chairman of the Board. Sirois will replace H.H. Haight, who served as the company?s chairman for more than two years.
The managing director and chief executive officer (CEO) Rajiv Pancholy welcomed the appointment of Fran?ois-Charles Sirois, and said, ?Mr. Sirois brings extremely pertinent experience of having founded and run successful companies in the media and technology domains. His knowledge and insights will be invaluable in planning and navigating the next phase of our growth.?
Sirois is currently the president and CEO of Telesystem, a global media and technology holding. He is also the president and CEO of OnMobile Systems Inc., the largest shareholder of the Company.
He also serves as director on the Boards of various companies, including Telesystem, Zone3 Inc., Stingray Digital Group Inc. and iPerceptions. Sirois possesses a BAA in Finance and Marketing from HEC Montreal.
