Telecom VAS provider One97 Communications is planning a Rs 1.2 billion IPO by the end of 2010. The IPO proceeds will largely be invested in technology deployment to launch some new services and scale the current offerings both in India and overseas. The company currently offers services in three categories-network, consumer and enterprise.
