NVIDIA has partnered with the Tata Group to deliver computing infrastructure and platforms for developing artificial intelligence (AI) solutions in India. The collaboration will provide AI capabilities to thousands of organisations, businesses, and AI researchers, as well as hundreds of startups in India.
Under the partnership, the two firms will develop an AI supercomputer powered by the latest NVIDIA GH200 Grace Hopper Superchip to achieve best-in-class performance.
Furthermore, Tata Communications and NVIDIA will create an AI cloud in India to provide crucial infrastructure for computing’s next lifecycle. Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), on the other side, will use the AI infrastructure and skills to process generative AI applications, and the information technology (IT) services firm will leverage the partnership to upskill its 600,000-strong workforce.
This collaboration will help to accelerate the AI-led transformation across Tata Group firms ranging from manufacturing to consumer businesses.
