NTT Limited has appointed Avinash Joshi as the chief executive officer (CEO) for its India business.
As CEO, Joshi will be responsible for end-to-end go-to-market, sales, delivery, operations, and profitability for NTT in India. He will report to Sharad Sanghi. Joshi has been appointed at a time when the operations of NTT Group have undergone a significant reorganisation and strategic consolidation of business activities.
Meanwhile, Sanghi has been promoted to the role of managing director. He will lead the businesses of NTT Limited in the country.
Prior to joining NTT, Joshi worked with IBM for over 18 years where his core expertise was in P&L, strategic business development, key account management, sales, and delivery. In his last role, he served as the senior partner and vice president, 5G, APAC at IBM Services. He carries an overall experience of over 30 years in client facing roles and P&L management.
