Nokia Siemens Networks (NSN) has set-up service operations and management solution centre to manage the entire lifecycle of different mobile services.

The centre will be providing software solutions to operators to help them manage mobile broadband services and tackle service degradation.

The solutions offered by the centre will cover strategy, design, modeling, configuration and activation of services as well as problem and quality management, service assurance and profitability management.

The new solution offered by NSN will be available for on-site deployment and can also be delivered from the company?s service management capability center, Noida.

Commenting on the launch of the centre, Bosco Novak, head of global services, NSN, says, ?Good network performance does not always convert into top quality services for subscribers.
