Norway-based telecom company Telenor has sold 6.5 per cent stake in Malaysia’s DiGi.com to Malaysian broadband service provider TIME dotCom.

Norway-based telecom company Telenor has sold 6.5 per cent stake in Malaysia’s DiGi.com to Malaysian broadband service provider TIME dotCom. Telenor is in the process of bringing down its stake in DiGi.com to 49 per cent to comply with an ownership requirement of the Malaysian government.
