Nokia has reportedly planned to introduce its millimetre-wave fixed wireless access (FWA) products in India within the next six months as part of its strategy to double its enterprise and hyperscaler business over the next three years.
The company is in the final stages of forming partnerships across the banking, utilities, and defense sectors, with several deals already in the pipeline. Meanwhile, the company expects to finalise a few of these agreements before the end of this calendar year.
The company’s focus areas include enhancing network security with quantum-safe solutions, ensuring scalability, and improving reliability through low-latency connectivity. Nokia said investment details related to its India expansion and FWA rollout are expected to be shared by early 2026.
