Finnish vendor Nokia has signed an agreement to supply its HSDPA solution to T-Mobile. Under the agreement, Nokia will provide its HSDPA solution to T-Mobile’s operations in Germany, the Netherlands and the UK, as well as capacity expansions to the operator’s radio networks in these three countries. The contract includes installation, commissioning and network optimisation services. T-Mobile had over 14.9 million subscribers in the UK, 2.2 million subscribers in the Netherlands and over 28.2 million subscribers in Germany as of end-July 2005.
