Nokia Siemens Networks (NSN) has won a contract to upgrade the 3G network of T-Mobile in the Czech Republic to support high speed packet access (HSPA) services. According to T-Mobile, the new service would be commercially available in the capital Prague, offering a maximum download speed of 14.4 Mbps and uploads up to 5.7 Mbps by end-2009.
