Nokia Siemens Networks (NSN) has opened a new facility at Oragadam near Chennai. The facility will receive an investment of about $70 million spread over the next three years. It will manufacture mobile base station controllers, Flexi EDGE base transceiver stations, microwave radio and access line-card products as well as other telecom equipment.
